PE-RT II electric fusion pipe fittings are specially designed for PE-RT II heat-resistant polyethylene pipe connectors, through electric fusion welding technology to achieve a solid connection between the pipe and the pipe fittings. Welding procedure:

Preparation work:
Check pipes and fittings to make sure there is no damage.

Pipe interception:
Ensure that the pipe face is vertical and the error is less than 5mm.

Fusion connection:
Insert the tube into the fuse fitting, making sure the marking line is aligned.
Connect the electric fusion welding machine and input welding parameters (such as voltage, time).
Start welding and wait for heating and cooling to complete.

Quality check:
Check that the joints are secure and that there are no leaks.
